Welcome to UNKCLUB. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of UNKCLUB's Website and related services.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing UNKCLUB, you agree to use cookies in accordance with the UNKCLUB Privacy Policy.

Payment and Access

  • One-Time Payments: All purchases are one-time and cover the exact period selected (daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime). Fees are due upfront.
  • Access Expiration: Once the paid period ends, your access is automatically revoked. To regain access, you must purchase a new period.
  • No Automatic Renewal: There are no recurring charges. If you wish to continue using the service, you must manually purchase again before or after expiration.
  • Failed Payments: Because payments are one-time, failed transactions simply cancel the order and access is not granted.

Cancellation

  • Pending Orders: You may cancel any pending order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support.
  • Post-Activation: After access has been granted (e.g., Discord role assigned), orders cannot be canceled—see our Refund Policy for any exceptional cases.

Refund Policy

  • Nature of Service: We provide instant digital access via Discord roles or private areas. Once access is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.
  • No Refunds After Activation: No refunds will be issued after you have accessed the service, even if only partially used.
  • Disputes: For billing concerns, contact support. While we review each case, understand that our policy generally disallows refunds post-activation.

Payment Methods

We accept: credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced by email or site notice. Continuing to use the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, State of São Paulo. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo.
